In March of 2021, the governor of New Jersey signed into law and new and comprehensive Bill of Rights for LGBTQI and HIV+ residents of long-term care facilities. The law is very clear and provides specific examples for education and agency compliance. This course describes that law in detail and provides strategies that individuals working in long-term care as well as administrators may use to meet the new regulations of inclusion.
